Fiza Farhan, a woman entrepreneur and development expert launched ORA following a diverse experience spanning across sectors. She was appointed by the UN Secretary General to represent Pakistan on the United Nation's first ever High Level Panel on Women Economic Empowerment. In addition to advising Government of Punjab, as Chairperson to Chief Minister Punjab's Task Force on Women Empowerment, she evolved her professional journey as an advisor to diverse clients from governments to development bodies and private sector on multiple areas that align with her core expertise and passion. She has advised BISP, UNDP, UN Women, IFC, Unilever, Nestle, Dawood Group, Reon Energy, PSMA, BAT, EDGE and MCC to name a few on various projects including gender mainstreaming, financial inclusion, access to energy, organizational outreach and branding mechanisms.

Usman started his professional career in banking and investment consulting in London after completing his post graduate from University of Cambridge, UK.
